Dr. Phil. Vinicius Mariano de Carvalho, is Director of kINg's Brazil INstitute, having been a Senior Lecturer for Brazilian Studies and the Department of War Studies, King’s College
London. Editor of the Anthem Brazilian Studies Series. Dr. Carvalho is also musician and musicologist and currently he is Conductor of the King’s Brazil
Ensemble. His latest publication, edited with Anne Sophie Refskou and Marcel Amorim, is “Eating Shakespeare - Cultural Anthropophagy as Global Methodology”
(Bloosmbury - 2019).
